Automatic HomeSearch™ User's Guide

	With Automatic HomeSearch™, you won't miss a thing! Whether you are ready to purchase a home now or just browsing the market, HomeSearch™ will help you.
	Search Active Listings 24 hours a day... By clicking on the "Search Active Listings" button you can search active property listings in the Realtors MLS. The listings are updated every 60 minutes. If you want more information about a particular home, simply click on the "More Information" link at the bottom of the listing flyer.
	Automatic Daily Updates... If you save your home search, every evening HomeSearch™ will search for new and reduced listings, then send you an email notification. The email will contain a summary of the listing(s) found and a link for more detailed information, pictures, and a map. You will only receive an email if there are "new" or "reduced price" MLS listings. HomeSearch™ saves all the listings you are sent. You can come back to our web site at any time and review the listings which have been emailed to you.
	If you want to stop a search... No problem. Whenever HomeSearch™ sends you your next email notification; simply click on the link directly in the email to “stop the search”.

Note: You can register for Automatic HomeSearch 24-hours a day at our website CampbellRealtors.com. On our website, go to the “Search MLS” tab and follow the instructions. Once you are registered, the system will automatically email you property listings every evening. This is a free service!
